Chameleon was released exactly a month ago – on August 4th.

It’s been a bit of a whirlwind. I want to thank everyone who knows me and had enough faith in me enough to preorder & buy the book immediately. And then I need to thank everyone who didn’t know me from a bar of soap and took a risk and bought it. So I wanted to share some highlights with people, because it’s been out in the world for a full month now, and that seems appropriate.

Lowest overall rank was 17,348 in kindle books.

One month High

The very beginning

Chameleon reached #45 in its category. And spent the whole first week in the top 100 of said category. Since then, it’s dropped in and out of the top 100 for a few weeks, but it’s back there now.

One Month full circle

One Month Out there

We reached #4 in the Hot Releases for Children’s Science Fiction Dystopian. Yep. That was pretty cool. Such a pretty cover.

One Month Rank 4

I have 21 reviews on Amazon. Twenty-One reviews. Thank you to everyone who read and decided to help out by leaving a review.

Probably the absolute highlight of Chameleon being out in the world so far? Hitting the #1 spot on my local indie’s physical copy list! Yep! #1 at Watermark Books. Such an amazing feeling. Thank you so much to everyone who could make it out to celebrate, and to those who bought a signed copy to be shipped.

Watermark #1

My only regret? That I didn’t take screenshots on something other than my stupid phone.

If you haven’t bought it and would like to *nudge nudge wink wink know what I mean?* It’s available at ALL THE PLACES

Amazon |  Kobo | iBooks | IndieBound | Barnes & Noble

If you’d like a signed physical copy, Watermark Books has them in stock.

Now what?

I’m almost finished with Hybrid’s edits and it’s off to my copy editor (Becca rocks) in just over a week. Then in October it goes to the formatter AND

If you would like to help me reveal the awesome cover by artist S.P. McConnell!!! Here’s the sign up sheet.
